 BIOMETRIC MIND CONTROL An investigation into the possible covert use of biometric recognition eye retina scanning and head-mounted-display laser equiptment for mind control.   commercial retina scan recognition systems.   head-mounted-displays employing retina scanning laser. both types of device shown above scan the retina of the eye with a low energy laser under computer control. neither device really needs to use lasers. the recognition systems need only employ ordinary illumination, and the head mounted display can use light emmiting diodes (some do). so why the big clever lasers? it's because low energy lasers can carry A LOT of modulated information, according to my source in the biometric and health laser optics industry, who has been involved in the development of retina scan biometric recognition systems, and made some startling claims: 1) the client required that lasers be employed, despite reassurances by the developer that ordinary illumination is all that is required. this paves the way for unscrupulous operators to modulate all kinds of information into the light, and we're not talking about simple 1950s style popup messages to buy coca cola here, but a whole range of advanced psychotronic applications. 2) the client required that the "camera follow the laser", rather than a straightforward row-by-row scan followed by the both camera and laser. this again puzzled the developers, who could not see any purpose to this, except to "draw pretty pictures on the back of the eye". 3) the scanning procedure at client installations seems to take longer than it need do. instead of a brief flash, the user is "dazzled" for some duration, resulting in mild dissorientation. 4) retina identification is more security than you need. iris recognition is good enough, and less intrusive. i have encountered numerous (difficult to substantiate) accounts of military retina scan recognition systems that are accessing the conscioussness somehow for a "more positive identification". please also read my web page regarding mind control basics and the violent abuse of optical lasers during ABDUCTIONS (seriously). well the high street bank dosen't need to access your conscioussness at the A.T.M., but if they can, they will, and so will the post office, and the supermarket, and the traffic warden. as for the head mounted displays, you are exposed to this light constantly, maintaining a constant "streaming" interface. we all know about the so called "back doors" in windows operating system, letting in not just government agencies but the secret government, hackers and viruses. if you are online, you are not secure at all. there are posts all over the web voicing concerns about laser based head mounted displays, the main concern understandably being about the laser stopping and burning a hole. allthough i believe the low powered laser is safe in this regard, i hope that fear helps derail attempts to install these infernal scanners in public places. this joke posted on slashdot.org ...
